FISMA ATO. Not held. That authorisation is granted to an agency system by an authorising official, never claimed by a vendor.

CMMC certification. Not held. Mapping controls to SP 800-171 is not the same thing as a C3PAO assessment, and we will not blur the two.

FIPS 140-3 CMVP validation. No certificate has been issued for our cryptographic module, so no FIPS 140-3 badge appears here.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

Executive Order 14412, Securing the Nation Against Advanced Cryptographic Attacks, was signed on 22 June 2026. It requires federal agencies to name a post-quantum cryptography migration lead within thirty days, sets 31 December 2030 for post-quantum key establishment and 31 December 2031 for digital signatures on high-value and high-impact systems, and directs the FAR Council toward a rule extending FIPS-based post-quantum requirements to covered contractors. Requirements of this kind rarely stay inside federal boundaries — they move through primes, subcontractors, cloud providers, financial institutions and their counsel. That pressure is precisely the environment in which vendors begin describing intentions as capabilities. We would rather show you where the line is.
